MOSCOW, January 19 (AVN) - Russian Chief-of-Staff Anatoly Kvashnin Anatoly Kvashnin will hold a meeting of the Armed Forces top brass on Saturday to discuss implementation of President Vladimir Putin's orders concerning the military reform, a competent source in the General Staff told the Military News Agency.
The meeting will be attended by all armed service commanders and chief specialists of their administrations, as well as commanders of military districts and fleets, the source said.
