KURGAN, South-Western Siberia, January 22 (AVN) - The Kurganpribor state-run enterprise will increase output by 20 percent, fulfilling the state order from the Defence and Interior Ministries and Federal Border Guard Service, a spokesman for the enterprise's management told the Military News Agency on Monday.
Kurganpribor's volume of output of defence-related products will amount to 45 percent of the overall output.
The enterprise is the biggest producer of radio equipment for law enforcement agencies. The most outstanding products of the enterprise are proximity and laser fuses. Nowadays, Kurganpribor resumed production of electric percussion caps for different artillery systems in accordance with the state order.
The enterprise plans to increase its products' renovation ratio to 23 percent in 2001.
