TBILISI, January 23 (AVN) - The tender for fuel and lubricants supply to the Russian troops group in the Trans-Caucasus in the first quarter of 2001 has been postponed to February 9, a spokesman for the group's fuel service told the Military News Agency.
The tender was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but it was announced in the media only one day before the term of application expired, the spokesman said. As a result, several Georgian and Armenian dealers of fuel and lubricants did not have enough time to put the application documents in order.
