RUSSIAN PRIMIE MINISTER ATTENDING INTERIOR MINISTRY BOARD SESSION

MOSCOW, February 2 (AVN) - The expanded session of the Interior Ministry board involves Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, a spokesman for the ministry told the Military News Agency on Friday.

The board studies the results of operational activities of interior departments, service and combat activities of the Interior Ministry troops in 2000 and determine the ministry's tasks for 200, the spokesman said. Russian President Vladimir Putin was originally supposed to take part in the session but his schedule changed. Putin is expected to meet Interior Minister Vladimir Rushailo in the Kremlin on Friday afteroon.
