MOSCOW, February 7 (AVN) - Missile and artillery commanders of the Moscow military district have arrived in the Mulino garrison in the Nizhny Novgorod region for a training session that starts on Wednesday, the Military News Agency learnt.
The commander of the district's missile troops and artillery, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Boriskov, heads the training session, which takes place in the 34th division commanded by Major-General Vladimir Verkhovod.
Participants of the session will discuss improvement of combat and special preparation of artillery units and formations, modernisation of equipment, as well as professional training of all artillery officers. They will take part in a series of practical exercises, including a firing practice in dynamic tactical conditions.
The session will end on Thursday with a show training of one of the division's battalions.
