MOSCOW, March 12 (AVN) - Russian Federal Border Guard Service (FBGS) Director Konstantin Totsky will leave for Armenia on a two day visit on Wednesday, a spokesman for the service told the Military News Agency.
Totsky is supposed to meet Armenian President Robert Kochyaryan, Security Council Secretary Serzh Sarkisyan, National Security Minister Karlos Petrosyan and Border Guard Troops Commander Levon Stepanyan. During those meetings the parties will discuss further development of bilateral relations in the sphere of border co-operation.
Totsky also plans to once again analyse and approve the expense budget of the FBGS operational group in Armenia.
