SARATOV, Volga Region, March 28 (AVN) - Officers of the Saratov Military Red Banner Institute of the Interior Ministry troops will graduate two months earlier than the determined date this year, a spokesman for the Institute administration told the Military News Agency on Wednesday.
Such a decision was taken due to the necessity to man several units of the North Caucasus district of the Interior Ministry troops, the spokesman said. In particular it concerns the 46th separate brigade permanently stationed in Chechnya.
Due to the urgent graduation the Saratov Institute moved the state exams to April 2. The graduation is to take place on April 27.
