MOSCOW, May 8 (AVN) - A photo exhibition entitled Russian Weapons opened in the State Duma lower house of parliament on Tuesday, the Military News Agency learned.
The exhibition was initiated by Duma Deputy Chairman Artur Chillingarov. Its preparation involved the best photographers of the Military Parade magazine, namely Leonid Yakutin, Yevgeny Bulakevich, Alexander Belyayev and Vyacheslav Afonin.
The high-class photographs exhibited in the Duma depict Russia's most up-to-date weapons. A special section of the exhibition is devoted to application of weapons in accomplishment of missions in various trouble spots, such as Chechnya, Afghanistan and the Balkans, as well as in the course of exercises, live firing and missile launches.
The exhibition will end on Friday.
