ST. PETERSBURG, May 8 (AVN) - A delegation of the Northern District of the Swedish territorial defence led by district commander Major-General Jan Frank will arrive in the Leningrad military district on May 14, a spokesman for the district headquarters told the Military News Agency on Tuesday.
Frank will hold negotiations with Leningrad district Commander Colonel-General Valentin Bobryshev, said the spokesman. The Swedish delegation is to visit the district's education centre, 138th separate guard motorised rifle brigade under command of Guard Colonel Anatoly Yolkin, and a combat ship in Kronshtadt.
