MOSCOW, May 21 (AVN) - Air Force Commander Anatoly Kornukov will report to Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov on the state and development prospects of his armed service on Monday afternoon, a spokesman for the Air Force Staff told the Military News Agency.
Ivanov and a group of General Staff officers will arrive at the Air Force Staff to hear the report, the spokesman said. The minister will also visit the air force and air defence central command post and the command post of the 1st air force and air defence corps, which controls the situation in the Moscow air defence zone.
