FOREIGN MILITARY INSPECTORS CHECK STORAGE BASES IN WESTERN RUSSIAN ENCLAVE

KALININGRAD, May 22 (AVN) - A group of military inspectors from Denmark, Norway and the USA left Kaliningrad on Tuesday after checking correspondence of the number of artillery and air defence weapons at a stockpiling base of the Russian Baltic Fleet's land and coastal forces to the stated number for two days, a spokesman for the fleet headquarters told the Military News Agency.

The inspection took place in accordance with the Conventional Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty. No violations were exposed.

The previous inspection of the Baltic Fleet stockpiling bases located in the Kaliningrad region was carried out by military inspectors from Germany who found no violators of the treaty either.
