BORDER GUARD AGENCIES' LEADERSHIP HOLDS SESSION IN ST.PETERSBURG

ST.PETERSBURG, June 26 (AVN) - A three-day training and methodical session of the leadership of regional departments and groups of the Federal Border Guard Service (FBGS) started here on Tuesday, a spokesman for the North-western regional department of the FBGS told the Military News Agency.

The session is headed by FBGS Deputy Director Colonel General Alexander Yeryomin. According to him, the north-western border strap is considered to be one of the tensest. The session participants will discuss measures on mobilisation of the border guard services' activities, strengthening control over vehicles and people crossing the border.
