MINSK, July 20 (AVN) - Agents of the Belarussian State Security Committee found a surface-to-surface tactical missile in a forest in the Grodno region, a spokesman for the Belarussian inter-garrison prosecutor's office said on Friday.
The solid-propellant missile was found near the Bogdanovka village, which is 10km from the district centre Shchuchin, the spokesman told the Military News Agency. Its length is 100m and weight five to six tons.
A unit of the USSR Strategic Missile Forces was stationed near Bogdanovka until 1991.
