MOSCOW, July 26 (AVN) - Russian Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov and Assistant to the US President on National Security Affairs Condoleezza Rice ended the one-on-one meeting and started consultations in the expanded format here on Thursday, a spokesman for the Defence Ministry told the Military News Agency.
The consultations involve Colonel General Yuri Baluyevsky, head of the General Staff main operations department, Lieutenant General Anatoly Mazurkevich, head of the main international military co-operation department, and several US officials.
