GROZNY. Oct 2 (Interfax-AVN) - The Chechen government will analyse whether police officers of district and town police departments are adequate for the job at its next session, Interfax-Military News Agency learnt on Tuesday.
Chechen Prime Minister Stanislav Ilyasov has ordered leaders of the Chechen Interior Ministry to check adequacy of the subordinate personnel. He instructed Interior Minister Sergei Arenin to draft a report on the state of personnel selection and placement in the republic's law-enforcement agencies.
