SUKHUMI, Abkhazia. Oct 9 (Interfax-AVN) - A 200-strong guerrilla group has been found on the Abkhazian territory 5km east from the Inguri-GES village, a spokesman for the Abkhazian Security Service told Interfax-Military News Agency on Tuesday.
According to the headquarters of the Collective Peacekeeping Forces in the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict zone, there is a peacekeeping post in the area. The forces' commander Major General Nikolai Sidorychev ordered to send a reserve group to the post for reinforcement. The forces are put on high alert.
