SEVEROMORSK. Oct 26 (Interfax-AVN) - Investigators from the Prosecutor General's Office and other experts on Friday afternoon entered the sixth reactor section of the nuclear submarine Kursk, Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Kuroyedov told Interfax.
He said nothing extraordinary was discovered during a cursory examination of the compartment.
"Once again we saw that everything was in order in the section. There is no water and background radiation is within permitted limits," Kuroyedov said.
