GROZNY. Nov 12 (Interfax-AVN) - Quick-response detachments dispatched to Chechnya from other Russian regions have completed a planned rotation of personnel, a source in Chechen leader Akhmad Kadyrov's staff said on Monday.
The rotation concerned, in particular, detachments of the Altai anti-mafia police departments, as well as those of the Novosibirsk, Kurgan and Yekaterinburg city police departments. The new shift of policemen has got down to service in their responsibility zones, the source told Interfax-Military News Agency.
A special unit guarding the Chechen government, including body guards of the republic's leaders, was replaced in the framework of the rotation last week, the source said.
