MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax-AVN) - An international conference devoted to maintenance of strategic stability at the current stage will take place here on Wednesday, a competent source in the Defense Ministry told Interfax-Military News Agency.

The conference will take place in the General Staff Academy and will be chaired by Deputy Chief-of-Staff Colonel General Alexander Skvortsov. It will involve a U.S. delegation led by David Mosher, famous expert in the sphere of strategic offensive weapons, as well as military attaches from 22 countries accredited in Russia.

The main aim of the conference is to clear out new political approaches of Russia and the United States to reducing the strategic offensive weapons arsenal.
