NIZHNY NOVGOROD. Nov 21 (Interfax-AVN) - The Yastreb elite police detachment of the Volga-Vyatka transport police department is coming back to Nizhny Novgorod on Wednesday after a three-month mission in Chechnya, the department's press-service told Interfax-Military News Agency.
A detachment of 30 servicemen headed by Colonel Andrei Krekhovets sustained no losses.
The servicemen operated the Kozma Minin armored train in Chechnya; the policemen were to escort trains. A new detachment of the Volga-Vyatka transport police department left for Chechnya on November 13 to supplant their predecessors.
