MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax-AVN) - A group of French inspectors under the auspices of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will start the check of military installations in European Russia on Monday.
The 10 inspectors are led by Lieutenant Colonel Pasqual Dennis, a spokesman for the Defense Ministry's national center for nuclear threat reduction told Interfax-Military News Agency. They are accompanied by Colonel Yuri Loginov, representative of the center.
The inspection group will make sure that the volume of Russian arms and hardware is within the limits indicated in the Conventional Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty. It is to complete the check on Thursday.
