GROZNY. Nov 29 (Interfax_AVN) - Military commandant of Chechnya's Urus-Martan district Geidar Gadzhiyev, who was badly injured in a terrorist act on Thursday, has been brought to a military hospital. A female kamikaze wearing a black dress and a black scarf approached Gadzhiyev in the center of Urus-Martan and spoke to him. At that moment the bomb went off.
The explosion killed a serviceman and wounded the commandant and two servicemen. None of the local civilians were hurt.
The woman was blown up into pieces and only fragments of her head and legs remain. The woman has not been identified. None of the Urus-Martan residents who happened to witness the incident could identify her.
The administrative building, whose repairs ended a week ago, was seriously damaged. The attacker might have come to Urus- Martan from some other district.
