CHITA. Jan 29 (Interfax-AVN) - Energy companies continue cutting off power supplies to army facilities of the Siberian military district despite the talks launched with the district command.
The press service of the command told Interfax-Military News Agency on Monday that supplies were stopped to army garrisons in Kozulka, Kamenka, Nerchinsk, Drovyanaya and Omsk.
The press service said that the blackout affected 42 residential buildings, three boiler rooms, two schools, four day care centers and four medical institutions. Over 7,500 residents of cantonments most of whom duly pay their electricity bills are cut off from power supplies.
