Supreme Court's Military Board upholds reporter Pasko's complaint

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax-AVN) - The Supreme Court's Military Board on Wednesday endorsed military journalist Grigory Pasko's complaint related to the USSR Defense Ministry Order of 1990 prohibiting servicemen from contacting foreigners unless it was part of their duties.

Sub-clause A of Clause 70 of the Defense Ministry's Order #10 was invalidated beginning in 1993, when the law "On State Secrets" took effect.

The verdict can be appealed at the Supreme Court Board within 10 days.
