The document was signed by Rosoboronexport Director General Andrei Belyaninov and the agency's Director General Vladimir Simonov, the report says.

The agreement envisages conduction of coordinated policy in development of export-oriented products of military, dual and special purpose, as well as in development of civil products. Besides, the parties undertake to cooperate in servicing of exported hardware.
