MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia "expects no breakthrough but anticipates some progress" during a second round of Russian- U.S. talks in Moscow on Monday and Tuesday on strategic issues, diplomatic sources said.
Russian and American officials will discuss documents to be signed during a planned Russian-U.S. summit in Moscow in May, above all "a legally binding document on drastic, practically and reliably controlled reductions of strategic offensive armaments," the sources told Interfax.
Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Mamedov will head the Russian delegation and Under Secretary of State John Bolton the American one. The delegations will include diplomats and defense and other experts.
