NIZHNY NOVGOROD. Feb 18 (Interfax-AVN) - Sergei Kiriyenko, President Vladimir Putin's envoy to the Volga federal district and chairman of the state chemical disarmament commission, will fly to Berlin on Monday at Putin's instructions.
Kiriyenko's current trip will be the final leg of his tour through the capitals of the G-8 group of nations, the envoy's press service told Interfax-Military News Agency. The goal of the tour is to present the new chemical disarmament program approved by the Russian government to the country's foreign partners.
