MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax-AVN) - Federal Border Guard Service Director Konstantin Totsky will visit Mongolia and Vietnam from Monday to Friday as a member of an official delegation led by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasayanov, the FBGS press service reported.
During his visit to Mongolia Totksy will participate in discussion of the state and prospects of cooperation in the border guard sphere with leaders of interested Mongolian ministries and agencies. The Russian-Mongolian border is 3,485km long and fixed in accordance with international treaties.
When visiting Vietnam Totsky will negotiate with National Defense Minister Pham Van Tra and commander of the Defense Ministry's border guard troops Chien Ngoc Xuan. The two officials are expected to sign an agreement on cooperation between the Russian Federal Border Guard Service and the Vietnamese ministry.
