MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax-AVN) - The appeal board of the Russian Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned a ruling by the Supreme Court's Military Board that invalidated Defense Ministry order No.055.
The order introduced a list of data to be classified by the Russian armed forces.
The case has been returned to the Military Board at the stage of accepting the case for consideration, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
The Military Board will have to establish a jurisdiction of this order.
