MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax-AVN) - The military and technical cooperation between Moscow and Beijing, "which has strengthened a lot, makes an important contribution to the development of bilateral relations," Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said at a Thursday meeting with his Chinese counterpart Chi Haotian in Moscow.

Ivanov proposed "a more detailed" discussion of bilateral military cooperation with his Chinese colleague. He also suggested considering strategic stability and plans for a new format of Russia-NATO relations.
