MOSCOW. June 26 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Prosecutor General's Office will protest against the Moscow district military court's ruling in the Kholodov case, state prosecutor Irina Aleshina told reporters after the verdict was read.
The parents of the late journalist, Yury and Zoya Kholodov, also said that they will appeal the ruling. Yury Kholodov said that the sentence contained discrepancies between the case materials and what happened in the courtroom.
