MOSCOW. July 11 (Interfax-AVN) - Colonel General Vladislav Putilin, chief of the main mobilization department and deputy chief-of-staff, is appointed deputy minister for economic development, the Defense Ministry press service reported on Thursday.
Lieutenant General Vasily Smirnov is appointed acting head of the General Staff main mobilization department.
