MOSCOW. July 19 (Interfax-AVN) - An unidentified person telephoned Moscow police on Friday saying that he was going to activate a bomb in the 9th treatment and diagnostics center of the Defense Ministry, an aide to the on-duty officer of the ministry's chief military medical department said.
The call was received at about 11:00 a.m. Moscow time (0700 GMT), the aide told Interfax-Military News Agency.
"The medical personnel and patients who showed up for the reception left the building in an organized manner; sappers are searching for the explosive device," the aide said.
