Russian court sees no reason to arrest ex-chief military financier again

MOSCOW. Aug 6 (Interfax-AVN) - The Moscow military district court found no reasons to arrest Colonel-General Georgy Oleinik, the former chief financial officer of the Defense Ministry, a second time.

On Tuesday, the court dismissed the appeal filed by the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office against the Moscow Military Garrison Court's ruling, which declined to issue an arrest warrant for Oleinik in July.
