SEVASTOPOL. Aug 13 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian ombudsman Oleg Mironov has arrived at the Black Sea Fleet, an official in the fleet's press service told Interfax-Military News Agency on Tuesday.
"Together with officials of his department Mironov is planning to meet with the Black Sea Fleet command, servicemen, their family members and civilian personnel; he is also going to visit military units and vessels. The aim of the group's work is to study the organization of support to service activities of the fleet's personnel, find reasons behind violations of Black Sea Fleet servicemen's rights," the official said.
He stressed that the group was planning to visit the Kacha and Feodosiya garrisons, a surface ships unit and marine formations stationed in Sevastopol.
