Terrorist threatening to blow up vehicle on Lubyanka detained

MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax-AVN) - The terrorist who threatened to blow up a vehicle stuffed with explosives near the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) building on Lubyanka Street has been detained, sources in the Federal Security Service's PR center told Interfax.

"The vehicle may contain about 1.5 tonnes of explosives. For this reason, the Russian Federal Security Service is asking journalists and all citizens who happen to be near the blocked vehicle to move away to a safe distance," an official representative of the center said.
