BEIJING. Aug 23 (Interfax-AVN) - China has decided to transfer to payments in hard currency in military-technical cooperation, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov told the press on Friday.
In his opinion, this should simplify relations between Russian and Chinese companies operating in this sphere. In addition, Russian companies delivering armaments to China will no longer have problems with selling the commodities received from China by way of payment for the weaponry.
