ST.PETERSBURG. Aug 28 (Interfax-AVN) - A South Korean military delegation is expected to arrive in St. Petersburg on Friday, a Leningrad military district press service official told Interfax-Military News Agency on Wednesday.
The delegation is headed by Admiral Song Kyn Ho, chief of the strategic planning headquarters of the joint chiefs-of-staff.
"In St. Petersburg Ho will visit the Leningrad military district's chief-of-staff Colonel General Pavel Labutin. The delegation is supposed to visit the Aurora cruiser, historical and cultural monuments. On September 1 the delegation will fly to Moscow," the official said.
According to him, Ho was born in 1946, graduated from the Navy college and command post college, British Royal Command Post College and underwent national university's postgraduate studies. He commanded a flotilla, fleet, was chief of the Navy college and served at various other headquarters and command posts.
