Six people killed, 21 injured in terrorist attack in Grozny

GROZNY. Sept 16 (Interfax-AVN) - Six people were killed and another 21 injured in a terrorist attack that occurred in downtown Grozny at noon on Monday.

Head of the Chechen Interior Department Colonel Sayed-Selim Peshkhoyev told Interfax that a powerful explosive device, planted near the road, went off hitting a passing passenger bus.

Most injuries have been reported among bus passengers. They have been hospitalized.
