MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax-AVN) - An international conference on launching the International Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation is to be held in The Hague on November 25 and 26, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday.
"Moscow believes that such an international code could mark the first step towards a multilateral, non-discriminatory and legally binding agreement on the establishment of a global missile nonproliferation regime," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
It said that the effectiveness of the Code can be guaranteed only if all countries advocating political and diplomatic methods of solving the problem of missile proliferation join it.
