MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax-AVN) - President Vladimir Putin who returned to Moscow from Chisinau Monday evening invited top government and army officials to dinner, Putin's Press Secretary Alexei Gromov said.
Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, Federation Council Chairman Sergei Mironov (Duma speaker Gennady Seleznyov is on a business trip in Belgium), head of the Kremlin administration Alexander Voloshin, chairmen of the Constitutional, Supreme and Supreme Arbitration Courts, Security Council Secretary Vladimir Rushailo, Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov, Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov, Interior Minister Boris Gryzlov, State Customs Committee Chairman Mikhail Vanin, director of the Federal Tax Police Mikhail Fradkov, Federal Security Service Director Nikolai Patrushev, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Lebedev, director of the Federal Bodyguard Service Yevgeny Murov, head of the Federal Government Communication and Information Agency Vladimir Matyukhin, president of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yuri Osipov and Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces Anatoly Kvashnin were invited, Gromov said.
According to him, other Defense Ministry officials, namely commanders of arms of service and military districts, also attended the dinner.
