MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has expressed surprise and regret over Sweden's decision to declare two Russian diplomats as persona non-grata.
"The Russian side has the right to respond appropriately to this action," the Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
