TBILISI. Jan 10 (Interfax-AVN) - Ukrainian Defense Minister Volodymyr Shkidchenko will visit Georgia in late January, Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine and Moldova Grigol Katamadze said on Friday.
"The date of the visit is being finalized. It is likely to follow the informal CIS summit that is to take place in the Ivano- Frankivsk region on January 28-29," Katamadze told Interfax- Military News Agency.
Georgian Deputy Defense Minister Gela Bezhuashvili told Interfax-AVN that "a set of cooperation issues, including in the air defense sphere, will be considered" during Shkidchenko's visit.
