MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax-AVN) - A special training session involving chiefs of the S&R and paratrooper services of the Air Force units will be held at facilities of an Air Force specialized pilot survival center in the Khabarovsk territory from January 22 till February 7.
The session will involve about 200 personnel, seven fixed- wing and five rotary-wing aircraft, Colonel Alexander Drobyshevsky, chief of the Air Force press service, told Interfax- Military News Agency Tuesday.
The training will include survival in the taiga in low- temperature high-snow-cover environment, as well as covered movement and parachute jumps onto forest, swamp, snow, and water.
