MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax-AVN) - Abbas Khalaf, the Iraqi ambassador in Moscow, has warned the U.S. that the war against Iraq will possibly have no borders. Asked by journalists if Iraqis, including shahids, would act against the U.S. outside their country if the war begins, he said there is a possibility that "the war will have no borders, as there are a billion Muslims in the world." "However, I don't think Iraqis will be active outside their borders. First of all, they must defend their holy borders and their holy land," he said at a news conference at Interfax's main office on Wednesday. He said the war against his country would evolve into the world's holy war against the evils committed by President George Bush. "It will not be a war between Christians and Muslims. It will be the jihad of mankind as a whole against the infidel George Bush," the Iraqi ambassador said.
