BRUSSELS. Apr 3 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, who arrived in Brussels on Thursday to meet with U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell and British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw, said he "is inclined to a constructive dialog" on Iraq and other topical problems.
"Russia is open to cooperation with all states, primarily members of the UN Security Council, in effort to stop the war in Iraq and bring the situation back into the channel of political settlement," Ivanov told the press.
The development of relations with the United States and Great Britain "has a particular importance for Russia and meets the long-term interests of our countries," Ivanov said.
