KHABAROVSK. April 15 (Interfax-AVN) - Rolling blackouts of electric power in the Russian Far East have damaged the vaccine in the Defense Ministry's main sanitary and epidemic control center.
"The total value of damages caused to the center located in the town of Belogorsk in the Amur region by the switch-off of a refrigerating unit amounts to RUB1.5m (USD48,077)," a source in the Far Eastern military district headquarters told Interfax- Military News Agency on Tuesday.
According to him, " electric power was switched off at several installations of the Defense Ministry in the Amur region during the past 24 hours."
