MOSCOW. April 30 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian government considered it expedient to attract credits amounting to up to EUR29m from German banks for producing medical equipment and services for the 3rd Central Military Clinical Hospital.
A government resolution instructs the Russian Ministry of Finance and Banl of Foreign Economy to sign documents with the German party that are needed to attract the credits, the government information department reported on Wednesday.
The government authorized allocation of federal budget funds for making advanced payments, extinguishing the main debt, paying interests and commissions and making customs payments for equipment and VAT for services procured with the help of the credits.
The Ministry of Economic Development is ordered to control abidance by the contract.
The Defense Ministry is ordered provide quarterly and annual reports to the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Finance on the efficiency of the use of the credit.
