MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the law "On Ratification of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Charter," the presidential press service reported on June 7.
The State Duma passed the law on May 14 and the Federation Council endorsed it on May 28, 2003.
