MAKHACHKALA. July 17 (Interfax-AVN) - Confirmed reports say a woman and a child were killed when a car, parked at the city police department in Dagestan's Khasavyurt, exploded at about 10 a.m. Moscow time (0600 GMT) Thursday, the Dagestani Interior Ministry has told Interfax.
Earlier reports said two policemen were killed.
